1.  I have received a wrong / damaged item.

This is unfortunate that you have received a parcel with damaged or incorrect items. Let us know by contacting our Customer Experience team at brandcollectionsint@gmail.com so that we can sort out the issue. Please do not dispose off or throw away any items received that is damaged. Brandcollectionint may arrange to collect the product.

2.  I have a missing item in my parcel

For any missing items in your parcel, please send us an e-mail with your order number and the missing item’s name and number. Our team will look into your request and get back to you within in 2-3 business days.

3. I have placed my order, but I have not received the confirmation email?

If you haven’t received an email to confirm your order, don’t panic it can take up to 1 working day to receive your confirmation email. In the meantime, you can view your order by logging into My Account and view your order(s) under order history.

4. How can I undo an order cancellation?

Cancellation requests are final. To receive the items, simply make a new order.

5. How do I search for a specific item?

We made it simple for you. You can search through Search Bar on the top of our web-page, you can search by brand, keyword, Product ID or description.

6. How will I know if an item is out-of-stock?

Any item that is sold out will mention Out of Stock on the product page. In cases, a product in your cart become out of stock you will receive a notification by email. For out-of-stock items, keep them saved in your wishlist in case they come back in stock. We will try to update you once they are back in stock.

7. Are gift cards available?

Gift cards aren’t available. We are working to add this feature so stay tuned!

8. Where does Brandcollectionint ship to?

We ship all over Pakistan.

9. How do I make an order?

Click on the desired item then add by clicking on the cart icon. The item will then be in your cart, continue shopping. Once you’re ready to place your order, revisit your cart and press on Proceed to check out. Follow the checkout process.

10. How will I know the order is confirmed?

After placing your order, you will receive an e-mail to inform you that your order has been received. If paying by card, your order will only be confirmed once your card details and payment have been approved  and the delivery address has been verified. For all Cash on Delivery orders, a courtesy call will be made to confirm your address and telephone number.

11. Is there any taxes on the Products on your web?

Yes, we are responsible citizens and follow the tax laws and we are registered for all applicable taxes. Any tax applicable are collected and are dually submitted to the tax authority as applicable.

12. An item I want is out of stock, when will it become available again?

We always maintain good stock level, and it does not take longer to fill our stock warehouse. Item if not discontinued by the producer will be shortly available. We can expedite the process for you if you add the product to wish list. In general, product availability depends on the product demand and the producer capacity to supply. To keep track, simply add the item to your Wishlist and subscribe to our newsletters to stay updated.

13. Do the items come in Brandcollectionint packaging or brand packaging?

This depends on the item and the brand.

14. I have placed an order and the amount was deducted, but I did not receive an order confirmation.

If you still haven’t received your confirmation with your invoice, please contact our Customer Care team.

1. I missed the delivery, how do I get the order reshipped?

if you have missed all 3 delivery attempts, please get in contact with us to rearrange your delivery.

2. How do I cancel my order?

Our team works hard to pick and pack as quickly as possible. We are unable to cancel your orders that have already been processed. Whilst our team will do their best to action your request.

3. My order was delivered to the wrong address.

Please get in touch with our Customer Care team brandcollectionsint@gmail.com  and have your Order ID and the correct address ready. We will look into your request and get back to you.

4. How do I track my order?

Tracking your order is very easy, Once you received an email confirming your tracking number, you track the progress of your delivery through our web  and once handed over to our logistics partner, you can use the tracking number to check your order on the logistic partner website.

5. How do I change my delivery address or scheduled delivery date?

Here we are to help you, contact our Customer Care team to change your address or reschedule your delivery. However, if your order has been shipped, you will not be able to change your address.

6. How long does it take to deliver my order?

Please see the delivery time mentioned in the confirmation email.

7. I have exceeded the 3 days deadline, can I still get an exchange?

As per our policy, the eligible items can be returned up to 3 days only.

8. I want to cancel my Return Request.
